The name ‘Intervalor’ has its origin from the two latin words ‘inter’ and ‘valor’. The word inter meaning intermediate or international and valor meaning value. Intervalor´s curved logotype is inspired by the efficient frontier which theory was developed by Nobel prize winner Harry Markowitz and is an integral part of modern portfolio theory.
1992
Intervalor is founded in Stockholm, Sweden.
First asset managers to partner with Intervalor are within Emerging Market Equities.
1993
Expanding marketing efforts beyond Swedish borders - to Norway
1994
Intervalor further expands operations to Finland.
1995
Intervalor’s asset managers’ assets reach a total of SEK1bn in the Nordics through Intervalor’s marketing efforts.
1995
Start marketing in Denmark.
2004
Intervalor’s partners' assets reach SEK10bn in the Nordics through Intervalor’s marketing efforts.
2010
Expanding area of marketing by gaining exclusivity in the Baltic countries.
2021
Intervalor’s asset managers’ assets reach SEK50bn in the Nordics through Intervalor’s marketing efforts.
